Good afternoon! We dated a man for a year and recently split up.
He is a successful man and has given me many gifts, including two paintings by him. T.k. we have broken up very badly, now he demands to return all his gifts and these pictures, but I don't want, as I very much like them, and pictures he drew for me. He says he wants to destroy all the presents later.
Can I keep the gifts and paintings or does he have the right to demand them back?
