I am 30 plus I don't have kids and I don't want to. I live with a man who is 39. He wants kids, insists and talks about it every day.
Any topic we talk about is an excuse to start talking about children right away. Apparently so wants to procreate.
I started asking questions, why children? Fifth grade level answers:
To go fishing with my son.
All my friends have kids.
I want a little man
It's about time!
And other nonsense, and at the same time he doesn't even have a solution to his housing problem or his profession!
As soon as I start talking about the real problems with kids: expense, illness, nerves, responsibility, and attachment, he can't argue anything.
It's a nightmare, how do you get out of having children?
