Good salary. Living with my girlfriend for 2 years in a rented flat. Paying for groceries, lodging, etc.
We are planning a wedding. I want to buy a place to live before the wedding and am saving up for a flat.
Went to see friends the other day. Had a drink. We got to talking about housing, and I told her that I wanted to solve the housing problem before the wedding and buy a flat, after which she threw a tantrum about why it was before and not after the wedding.
Now I'm sitting here thinking, what difference does it make? She's hysterical that there won't be a wedding and it's better to separate right away.
Why is she having this reaction? Did I really hurt her like that? What should I do?
I love the girl.
